Sarah Kalas Bancroft

Sarah Kalas Bancroft graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Peace and Conflicts Studies from the University of California, at Berkeley. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Hawaii, at Manoa, William S. Richardson School of Law, where she was the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for her achievements in the study of Gender in the Law. Ms. Bancroft worked in civil litigation for two years before transitioning into the field of education law. Her primary areas of practice include employment law and student discipline. She speaks Spanish and a touch of German, and demonstrates her commitment to fostering a healthy community by teaching cycling classes at her local YMCA.
