Robyn S. Ginney
Robyn Ginney graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas, after studying culture and civilization at the University of Heidelberg, Germany. Robyn received her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara Law School, where she interned at the Northern California Innocence Project and the Alternate Public Defender’s office. Robyn was an active member of Santa Clara’s first competitive trial team and a moot court finalist.
Prior to joining Middleton, Young & Minney, LLP, Robyn worked for education law firms in Southern California and focused exclusively on handling high profile or complex litigation cases in administrative, state and federal courts. Before shifting focus entirely to education law, Robyn was a solo family law practitioner who also volunteered her time to provide pro bono representation to domestic violence victims and developed divorce and domestic violence clinics for a non-profit organization. Robyn continues to volunteer as a judge for state-wide moot court and trial competitions.
